Return & Refund Policy
At Shopmeme we strive to offer 100% satisfaction to all our valued customers. We offer a refund or exchange/costume alternation for defective items, missing items, or items significantly different from our description. As the costumes from Shopmeme are all custom-made according to the customer’s measurements, we offer a fair and responsible return/exchange policy.
1, Wrong size, defective, missing items, or items significantly different from our store description.
Customer should contact us within 2 days of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for replacement or refund. For costumes that are made to the wrong size, Shopmeme will make a new costume for free – if it is determined that we made the error.
However, Shopmeme is NOT responsible for sizing errors in custom-made costume if the customer has provided incorrect measurements. In this situation, the customer has the option to keep the original costume and receive a new item at 20% off the list price, or ship the costume back to us for revision ( at customer expense ); you will then be charged for revision cost only.
The customer is responsible for returning items in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery. Returns must be made through registered mail at the customer’s expense. Please provide an online delivery tracking number.
The following items Are Excluded from Return or Exchange Policy:
-Costumes/Wigs that have been used or washed
-Costumes/Wigs that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
-Costumes with stains
2. Not satisfied with the quality of the garment and did not like the product
Firstly, regarding possible colour differences in garments: we have made every effort to accurately display the colours and images of our products as they appear in shops. We cannot guarantee that any colours displayed on your computer monitor will be accurate.
Secondly, regarding the quality of the garments: we do not guarantee that the quality of any product, service, information or other material you purchase or obtain will meet your expectations or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
If you have chosen the wrong size/color, don't like the item or are not satisfied with the quality, we allow returns upon receipt of the relevant information. The customer is responsible for returning items in their original condition within 2 weeks of delivery. Returns must be made through registered mail at the customer’s expense. Please provide an online delivery tracking number.
3.Incorrect Delivery Address
Shopmeme ships all orders to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting all required address information. In the event that shipping information was incorrect or incomplete during the checkout process,
Shopmeme will not be responsible for any additional charges to reship or retrieve a package.
4.Return Address
Please contact us with email :info@shopmeme.co.uk to know the return address. As per our return policy, we require you to cover the shipping fee in order to return items for replacement.
Please provide an online shipping tracking number after you have shipped your item. Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
After receiving and inspecting the return, the products should be in original condition. we will transfer the refund to the original payment method. You can usually get the refund within 2-5 working days.
