The following size chart is for finished costume / garment size instead of body measurements. In general, the size we make can reach the maximum of the size range. If it is loose-fitting clothing, please increase a wiggle room for the intended fit based on your own body measurements to choose the finished costume size.
If you hesitate between two sizes, we advise going for the larger one, it’s easier to make an alteration in case of the unfit.
Please allow 1-2 inches differes for the obove size chart and allow 1-3 inches differes for the customize size due to manual measurement , thanks(1inch=2.54cm, 1cm=0.39inch)

Shipping Policy

We currently ship worldwide. Most of our garments have a lead time of about 2-3 working days, with the exception of "Ready to ship" items, which are shipped within 24h after payment is processed.
For the UK we offer Free Shipping (£ 0), which takes 5-8 business days , excluding 2-3 working days preparation time.
For other countries: Spain, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Finland, France, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden，we offer International Shipping (£ 10) , which usually takes 5-15 business days , excluding 2-3 working days preparation time.
Notes:
— While we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner, we are not responsible for the transit time of our services. Shipping times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary depending on the origin and destination of the package, especially during peak times.
— If you ordered multiple items, sometimes we will ship separately to ensure a fastest delivery service. Please rest assured that we’ll always keep you informed and you will receive your whole order completely.
— The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

How to cancel an order that has been paid：
We understand that ordering an item for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However,it is important to note that our costumes are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun,the materials cannot be reused.
The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.
Our Cancellation Policy（For all costumes）:
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation will be refunded only 50% of the original price of the garment.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
